WordPress is the best and light-weight content management system, this is included complete features of a dynamic website like Post, Pages, Plugins, Themes and User management and Comments.
The WordPress post will show the dynamic page structure like Latest news and Blogs.
If the post article created and published in the Admin area, it will be displayed in the first page automatically based on the published date and time with short description and Read more link. If the user clicks on the post title or reads more link it will be moved to the particular page.
Pages are like a Static web page if created the pages from Admin area we need to create the menu as well. The menu will be listed in the sidebar of the website, if the user clicks on the menu link particular page will be open.

WordPress CMS allows to create and manage the User Management; this feature is helpful to restrict the website content for user level. WordPress by default provide the different level of user permissions as follows:
Administrator role has full rights to access the WordPress Admin area, an administrator can add, edit delete the pages, posts, comments and install the plugins and themes.
Editor role has full access to the content section to add, edit, delete the Posts and Pages. Editors do not have rights to change site settings, install plugins and themes. An editor can moderate, edit, and delete comments as well, but they cannot add the users.
Author role has only Add, edit, delete their own post or page. While creating the post author can create the categories and choose the other user created categories as well. Authors can view comments even those that are pending review, but they cannot moderate, approve, or delete any comments.
Contributors role has added the new posts and edits their own posts, but they cannot publish any posts. When writing posts, they cannot create new categories and will have to choose from existing categories. However, they can add tags to their posts. Contributors can view comments even waiting for moderation, but they cannot approve or delete comments.
Subscriber role has the login to the WordPress site and update their user profiles and change their passwords. They cannot write posts, view comments, or do anything else inside WordPress admin area. This user role is useful if the user requires to log in before reading a post or leave a comment.
Comments will be displayed on the WordPress Post; this feature provides website visitors communicate with other readers. It allows to ask questions and provide feedback about the articles. It’s helpful to interact with article author and blog visitors.
