Log on the Google Webmaster tool and go to Remove URLs under Google Index menu. Add the URL which you need to remove from Google index. After review the google your request URL will be removed form Google index.
How to block unwanted URL using Robots.txt?
A website owner can restrict their unwanted page links, crawls from search engines. You can also create your own robots.txt file. Open the text file and add the URL which you would like to prevent from search engine index. Then rename text file as Robots.txt and upload to your web hosting root folder. Now Google bot omit added URL and folders.
